We have endeavored to produce the best possible images of fabrics and products on this website, but unfortunately even with the best technology available, colours cannot be relied upon. We strongly recommend you to request a sample of fabric and wallpaper before ordering.


Minimum quantities for products are outlined below:

Fabric by the metre - 2m
Wallpaper - 5m
Linings & heading tapes - 1m


If you cannot find a product that you are looking for, please contact us and we will email you back within 24hours. Please ensure that you provide your correct email address so that we can provide you with the required information.

Quotation will be valid for 5 days from the date of issue.

If after 24hours you are unable to locate your quote in either the Inbox or Spam mail folders, please contact us.

Making a purchase online

Once your have made your selection, you can add the product to the shopping cart. If in the case of designer fabric, you require to use our made to measure service, you will be required to give measurements and make selections on headings in the case of curtains. (See our guide to Measuring for Made to Measure Products) Please ensure the accuracy of measurements and always use a wooden or metal rule and refer to our help pages.

Once you have completed your shopping then you can "check out" where you can review the contents of your shopping cart and make any necessary amendments. You will then be required to enter delivery and payment details before submitting your order. (Please read our terms and conditions before submitting your order)

For certain products, we will need to contact you for further details on measurements.

An order confirmation, detailing your order will be sent by email within 24 hours.

Out of Stock

Occasionally goods can be out of stock with our suppliers and we will notify you of any delay and advise when the new stock should be expected. If you have already purchased online, then you can decide to wait for the goods or you have the right to cancel and get a full refund for the items out of stock.


We encourage you to take advantage of our sampling service because we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the pictures shown on our website. You can order up to 5 samples free of charge for delivery to a UK address. Manufacturers often prepare samples in bulk and therefore the colour of the sample may not match the current dyelot in stock. Where colour matching is critical it will be necessary to acquire a stock cutting from the current stock.


It is paramount that the measurements you provide us are accurate since our soft furnishings are made to your specification. We will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from incorrect measurements provided by you so long as our products comply with the measurements you have given to us. (Please refer to our measuring guide) Whilst we will endeavour to make the products exactly to the measurements provided by you, due to shrinkage, pattern matching and certain production techniques we will not be liable for any difference of up to one centimeter between your stated measurements and the finished products.

Suitability of fabric usage

Although we may make recommendations on usage, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain suitability of the goods for any particular purpose. Finefurnishings4less will not, in addition, accept any liability arising in respect of any loss or damage or deterioration in condition to any goods sold caused by usage, shrinkage, cleaning processes, atmospheric conditions or assembly, make-up and installation or general application. Our liabilities shall not exceed the value of the goods sold.

Fabrics for Upholstery usage

Fabrics need to comply with the Furniture and Furnishing (Fire) (Safety) regulation 1988 if they are to be used for upholstery. Treatment for suitable fabrics is available at additional cost, but customers are advised that flame retarding can affect the finish, handle and occasionally the colour of fabrics.

After Treatments

The Buyer is warned that after treatments such as flame retarding or stain repellent or any similar treatments may alter the fabrics in respect of resistance to; tear strength; breaking strength; seam slippage; colour; lightfastness and resistance to rubbing. Finefurnishings4less cannot accept responsibility for the performance, durability or finish of fabrics which are given any sort of treatment.

It is the sole responsiblility of the buyer for ensuring that after such processing the fabric remains in a satisfactory quality for its intended purpose.


All orders except samples must be signed for and if there is no one to take delivery a card will be left with a number to call. If you work full time please arrange delivery to a neighbour or your place of work. Whilst we get your orders to you as quickly as possible please allow 10 working days from the date of your order for delivery. For our made to measure service, delivery should be no more than 6 weeks and an email will be sent to you confirming an anticipated date.

Please note, we currently only send samples and orders to addresses in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly).

Samples are sent by 1st class post.

All orders over £150 are delivered to United Kingdom, using a standard 2-3 day service free of charge. Shipping costs vary for which product you order:

Credit Card Security

We use Worldpay, which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, to process your payments. Your card detail will be destroyed following the transaction and will not be held by any party.
